A very clear and detailed estimate, the service is very attentive to explain the details of the estimate. Unfortunately, the garages don't play the game, because when I presented them with the estimate, they offered me cheaper estimates, with the added bonus of replacing the clutch. I have to be careful because the gearboxes they offered me were second-hand, not reconditioned and 0 km old.

I ordered a gearbox for my clio 2 phase 2 petrol from Eden Boîtes because they have sales people who answer the phone and reassure you. They can always be reached. I received my gearbox within the agreed time. For the return of the old gearbox, idem, no worries, it happened exactly as he had explained to me. No surprises. I highly recommend Eden Boîtes, a very serious company (a rare quality these days). Thanks again to Eden Boîtes and their sales team for their friendliness and reliability.

I bought a BV6 (with a differential) on January 7, 22 for my Alfa GT 3.2. I expressed my satisfaction with the precision of your advice and the speed of delivery. It was assembled very correctly by the AD garage in Valbonne 06. It's now December 2024, almost 3 years (and 48,500 km), and once again I'm very pleased with the way my gearbox works, just as it did when my car was new. What's more, I needed a document, and Karine (ultra-sympa) sent it to me within the day! Thank you for your responsiveness. I fully recommend Eden Boîtes to anyone who needs to change this kind of part, and who demands precision, reliability and a really reasonable price. Hello, we bought a gearbox for a crafter that was faulty and unfortunately we only saw it once it was fitted. However eden boites was very reactive and sent us a second one and checked the damaged one.

Box purchased in October 2024. All went well, but the delay is a bit long. Your vehicle will be at a standstill for several weeks, as it was ordered on the 10th and received on the 25th, and there's no precise delivery date until the 21st, so it's difficult to coordinate with the garage carrying out the repair! In fact, the boxes aren't ready until the order is placed. So you have the repair time in addition to the delivery time. I think this information should be clearly indicated to the customer. Transport is well organized. The box is clean and functional.
