Excessive play in the turbine shaft, high oil consumption, or oil entering the intake circuit are also characteristic signs of wear on this model. Also check the condition of the air filter and intercooler, as a clogged air intake or a damaged intercooler will accelerate turbocharger wear. Aggressive driving, extended service intervals, or the use of unsuitable oil are among the most common causes of turbo failure on this engine. After fitting, prime the turbo with oil before the first start-up to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings.

This same turbo also fits

New Nissan Almera Turbo – Ref. 727477-5008S

New Nissan Primera Turbo – Ref. 727477-5008S

New Nissan X-Trail Turbo – Ref. 727477-5008S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_e58cdce8-2b63-4b48-b903-8d6588d4d049.png?v=1790812612
