This family SUV is often heavily laden and used in mixed town and road conditions, placing heavy demands on the forced induction system. A worn turbo will first show itself as a loss of performance and increased fuel consumption before failing altogether. Fitting a new turbo restores the flexibility and driving pleasure you expect from this model.

Compatibility with Volvo XC90 engines

This new turbo is compatible with reference 723167-5008S, intended for the Volvo XC90 fitted with the 2.4 D5 163 hp engine — a 2401 cm³ diesel unit known under engine codes D5244T, D5244T2 and D5244T5. Before placing an order, we recommend checking this reference directly on the old turbo or on the vehicle's identification plate to ensure perfect compatibility with your XC90.

Warranty and delivery for this Volvo XC90 turbo

This new turbo is sold as a straightforward purchase: there is nothing to return — no old turbo to send back or collect. Before fitting the new turbo, carefully inspect the oil circuit, intake hoses and intercooler, as any fault in these components can shorten the life of the new part. When starting up for the first time, prime the turbo with oil before the initial start to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings and protect the longevity of your Volvo XC90 turbo.

This same turbo also fits

New Volvo S60 2.4 D5 Turbo – Ref. 723167-5008S

New Volvo V70 2.4 D/D5 Turbo – Ref. 723167-5008S

New Volvo S80 2.4 D/D5 Turbo – Ref. 723167-5008S

New Volvo XC70 2.4 D5 Turbo – Ref. 723167-5008S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_a7233e1a-eb3f-410b-9a6c-2a20c9e8fd4c.png?v=1790812635
