This check prevents any compatibility errors, particularly on a model like the Berlingo, which has been available with several diesel engine variants over the years.

A new turbo designed for the Berlingo 1.4 HDi

Do you drive a Berlingo 1.4 HDi 68 hp and are experiencing a loss of power or engine faults? This new turbo is compatible with reference 54359880009, developed to fit the 1.4 HDi diesel engine in this van and family passenger vehicle. On this engine, the turbocharger plays a central role in managing the boost pressure — essential for delivering low-rev torque despite the modest engine capacity, making it well suited to the frequent urban and suburban use typical of this type of light commercial vehicle.

Engine variants and engine codes covered on the Berlingo

This new turbo is compatible with the 1.4 HDi 68 and 1.4 HDi 70 engines of the Citroën Berlingo, associated with engine code DV4TD, for a 1398 cm3 diesel capacity. We strongly recommend confirming this match by checking the exact reference on the old turbo once removed, as production-run updates may cause reference numbers to vary slightly depending on the vehicle's year of manufacture.

Equivalent references

0375C9

0375G9

0375K0

0375KO

1148107

1219456

1348618

1488986

1539565

1757286

2008136

2S6Q-6K682-AC

2S6Q-6K682-AD

2S6Q6K682A9A

2S6Q6K682A9D

2S6Q6K682A9E

2S6Q6K682AA

2S6Q6K682AB

54359880003

54359880009

9643574980

9643675880

9648759980

RM2S6Q6K682AD

Y40113700

Y40113700A

Y40113700B

Exchange basis and warranty for your Berlingo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of your old turbo is required, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Berlingo is not left off the road unnecessarily. This turbo comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.

Advice before fitting on the DV4TD engine

On the 1.4 HDi DV4TD, turbo failure is often linked to the quality and freshness of the engine oil, as well as the condition of the air filter and intercooler: insufficient lubrication or a build-up of dirt on these components accelerates bearing wear. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the cleanliness of the hoses and the air intake, then prime the new turbo with oil before the first start-up to ensure immediate lubrication and prevent any dry running on start-up.

This same turbo also fits

New Citroën C1 Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

New Ford Fiesta Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

New Peugeot 107 Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

New Mazda 2 Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

New Peugeot 206 Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

New Toyota Aygo Turbo – Ref. 54359880009

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_511f7ecf-8d63-49e7-9cc2-51565b819e93.png?v=1790810544
