Infrequent oil changes, the use of oil that does not meet manufacturer specifications, a blocked air filter or a cracked intercooler are all common causes of premature turbo failure on these engines. Revving the engine hard immediately after a cold start, or switching the engine off straight after sustained acceleration, also accelerates wear on the turbo bearings.

New turbo compatible with reference 49173-07503 for the C3

This new turbo is offered as compatible with reference 49173-07503 for the Citroën C3 fitted with the 1.6 HDi 75 and 1.6 HDi 90 engines, corresponding to engine codes DV6B and DV6ATED4. Before placing an order, we recommend checking the reference marked on the body of the old turbo or on the vehicle registration document to confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Equivalent references

0375J0

0375K5

0375N0

0375N5

0375Q2

0375Q3

0375Q4

0375Q5

039TM17308000

1335262

1441254

1479841

1523337

1684949

2008138

3M5Q-6K682-DA

3M5Q-6K682-DB

3M5Q-6K682-DC

3M5Q-6K682-DD

3M5Q-6K682-DE

3M5Q6K682D

49173-07500

49173-07503

49173-07508

54359887000

57379880202

71793889

71793891

71794229

9652443280

9657530580

9657603780

9662371080

9670371380

9682881380

9682881780

9685293080

9870371380

RM3M5Q6K682DE

Y40113700C

Y605-13-700D

Exchange basis and warranty on this C3 turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required; however, it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted to the C3, so your vehicle is never off the road unnecessarily.
