Conversely, a worn turbo shows itself through a gradual loss of power, exhaust smoke, or an unusual whistling noise from under the bonnet – warning signs that should never be ignored on a petrol engine as sensitive as this one to the quality of its air and oil supply.

Compatibility of the turbo for the Citroën C4

This new turbo is compatible with reference 53039880383, used on Citroën C4 1.6 THP petrol engines with engine code EP6FDT. Before placing an order, it is essential to check the exact reference marked on your vehicle's existing turbo, as certain power variants of this 1.6 THP engine may use different turbos.

Equivalent references

1647284380

3648932

53039880383

53039880461

53039980383

95525955

9801580780

9807149780

9835051680

Exchange basis and warranty for this Citroën C4 turbo

This turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of your old turbo is required. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, the cleanliness of the feed and return hoses, and the condition of the air intake and filter to prevent any contamination of the compressor. When starting the engine for the first time after fitting, prime the turbo with oil to ensure the bearings are lubricated immediately from the moment the engine fires.

This same turbo also fits

New Citroën DS3 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Citroën DS4 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Peugeot 208 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Peugeot 308 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Peugeot 3008 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Peugeot 5008 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

New Peugeot 508 Turbo – Ref. 53039880383

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_71272bf0-255a-433d-a493-4aa1ebc9c161.png?v=1790810424
