Progressive power loss, blue or black exhaust smoke, an unusual whistling noise under acceleration, or an illuminated engine warning light are all tell-tale signs of a failing turbo on the 1.5 dCi engine. On this 1461 cm³ diesel engine, also check for excessive play on the turbo shaft and inspect the condition of the boost circuit (hoses, intercooler) before concluding that a full replacement is needed.

Compatibility of the new turbo for the Dacia Lodgy 1.5 dCi

This new turbo is compatible with reference 16359880029, intended for Dacia Lodgy models fitted with the 1.5 dCi 109/110 engine, associated with engine codes K9K666 and K9K846. Before ordering, we recommend checking the reference number on your old turbo to confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Equivalent references

1441100Q3G

1441100Q3GEX

1441100Q3GRE

1441100Q4K

144113313R

144113657R

144114428R

144114668R

144116419R

144116763R

144118807R

16359880029

16419R821369359

6070900400

607090040080

6070900900

607090090080

821369359

A6070900400

A607090040080

A6070900900

A607090090080

Exchange basis and warranty on this Lodgy turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required, and it is only collected after delivery and fitting, so your Dacia Lodgy is not left off the road. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Fitting advice for your Lodgy turbo

On the 1.5 dCi, the majority of premature failures stem from inadequate lubrication: degraded oil, missed oil changes, or a clogged oil filter. Also check the air filter and the integrity of the intake circuit, as ingested particles can quickly damage the vanes. Before starting the engine, flush the oil circuit and hoses, and prime the turbo with oil to prevent dry running on first start-up.

This same turbo also fits

New Dacia Duster Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Mercedes Classe A Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Mercedes Classe B Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Nissan Juke Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Nissan Qashqai Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Renault Kadjar Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Renault Mégane Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

New Renault Scénic Turbo – Ref. 16359880029

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_cee5ab7c-0185-40de-bb88-144cfc9c7692.png?v=1790810393
