An illuminated engine warning light on the dashboard and hesitation on pick-up are further warning signs that should prompt the driver to act before a failure occurs and causes damage to other engine components.

About the new turbo for the Hyundai Getz

This new turbo is compatible with reference 782404-5001S and has been selected as a direct replacement for the original equipment fitted to your Hyundai Getz 1.5 CRDi. A full oil change using a suitable high-quality oil is recommended, as insufficient lubrication or degraded oil is one of the leading causes of premature turbo failure. It is also worth inspecting the intercooler for any oil deposits, which could indicate a leak, and driving gently during the first few kilometres. When starting the engine for the first time after fitting, the oil circuit must be primed before the initial start-up to ensure the turbo bearings are lubricated immediately.

This same turbo also fits

New Hyundai Accent Turbo – Ref. 782404-5001S

New Hyundai Click Turbo – Ref. 782404-5001S

New Hyundai Elantra Turbo – Ref. 782404-5001S

New Hyundai i30 Turbo – Ref. 782404-5001S

New Kia Rio Turbo – Ref. 782404-5001S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_8dc48c86-90d9-421c-b280-ea708a47ae6a.png?v=1790811867
