Excessive oil consumption or hesitation when the engine revs build are also warning signs not to be ignored, particularly on a light commercial vehicle that is frequently driven under load.

About this turbo for the Rifter 1.2 PureTech

This new turbo is compatible with reference 887157-5001S and is specifically designed to fit the Peugeot Rifter in its 1.2 PureTech petrol versions. The turbocharger provides forced induction for the three-cylinder engine, restoring the manufacturer's rated power output whilst ensuring reliable long-term operation when the vehicle is properly serviced.

Engine compatibility and reference verification

This turbo is intended for the 1.2 PureTech 110 and 130 hp engines, corresponding to engine codes EB2ADT, HNP and HNS. Before placing an order, it is strongly recommended that you check the reference stamped on the casing of the original turbo fitted to your Rifter, as several turbo variants may exist depending on the year of manufacture and trim level.

Equivalent references

1637834680

1654509180

3558677

870248-5002S

887157-5001S

95527172

9817239980

9825982080

9836081180

SU001B2450

Exchange basis and warranty on this Rifter turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of the old turbo is required, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Rifter is not left off the road. A full oil change using a quality oil suited to this petrol engine is essential before reassembly. On first start-up, prime the turbo with oil to prevent it running dry. Gentle driving over the first few kilometres will allow the turbocharger to bed in correctly.

This same turbo also fits

New Citroën C4 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot 308 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Citroën Berlingo Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Citroën C3 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Citroën C4 Cactus Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Citroën C5 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Citroën DS3 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Opel Combo Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Opel Crossland Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot 2008 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot 208 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot 3008 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot 5008 Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Peugeot Partner Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

New Toyota Proace Turbo – Ref. 887157-5001S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_5d4d55f2-8e59-4cd7-a607-74ba78259b49.png?v=1790811301
