With a new turbo compatible with reference 54389880026, boost pressure is properly controlled once again: acceleration becomes smooth and linear, limp mode disappears, and driving comfort is restored to its original level, whether in town or on the open road.

Compatibility with the Vitara 1.6 DDiS engine

This new turbo is compatible with the 1.6 DDiS 120 engine (engine code D16AA), a 1598 cm³ diesel fitted to the Suzuki Vitara. Before placing an order, it is strongly recommended that you check the reference number on your old turbo or on your vehicle registration document to confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Equivalent references

00K68275206AA

00K68303438AA

00K68446425AA

13900-55P00

13900-55P01

13900-62M00

13900-62M01

46339846

54389880026

55263023

55266228

71796386

71796387

71796389

71796858

71797093

95521388

95528359

95528360

95530004

95530007

K68275206AA

K68303438AA

K68446425AA

Exchange basis and warranty for this Vitara turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old turbo is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, but it is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, so your Vitara is never left off the road. The part is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before and after fitting on a 1.6 DDiS

On this engine, turbo failure is most commonly caused by inadequate lubrication – whether due to incorrect oil grade or missed service intervals – a clogged air filter, or a leak at the intercooler or boost hoses. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses and the cleanliness of the air intake. After installation, prime the turbo with oil before the first start-up to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings.

This same turbo also fits

New Alfa Romeo Giulietta Turbo – Ref. 54389880026

New Fiat Bravo Turbo – Ref. 54389880026

New Fiat Doblo Turbo – Ref. 54389880026

New Jeep Compass Turbo – Ref. 54389880026

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_6efd5820-80a3-448d-aeb9-c626321270d1.png?v=1790810569
