Excessive fuel or oil consumption, along with an unstable idle, can also point to excessive play in the turbo shaft or a leak in the boost hoses. If you notice these symptoms on your MiTo, it is advisable to have the turbo assembly checked promptly to avoid damaging other engine components.

A new turbo designed for the MiTo 1.3 MultiJet

This new turbo is compatible with reference 822088-5009S, dedicated to the 1.3 MultiJet 95 hp engine in the Alfa Romeo MiTo — a diesel city car valued for its driving pleasure and fuel efficiency in both urban and road use. Before installation, it is essential to check the oil circuit, the condition of the boost hoses, and that there is no blockage at the intercooler or air intake. When starting the engine for the first time, priming the turbo with oil is recommended to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings from the moment the engine fires up.

This same turbo also fits

New Turbo Fiat Doblo – Ref. 822088-5009S

New Turbo Fiat Fiorino – Ref. 822088-5009S

New Turbo Fiat Punto – Ref. 822088-5009S

New Turbo Lancia Musa – Ref. 822088-5009S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_47b3c41a-ea1b-44ba-9b4f-3a7613f7695c.png?v=1790811109
