This type of use, with frequent high-revving and prolonged idling in town, puts considerable strain on the turbocharger, particularly during acceleration and repeated load changes. Spirited driving or frequent short cold-start trips accelerate wear on the bearings and the forced-induction system, which is why it is worth monitoring the condition of the turbo at the first signs of deterioration.

Compatibility of the new turbo with reference 781504-5014S

This new turbo is compatible with reference 781504-5014S, designed for the Chevrolet Cruze fitted with the 1.4 Turbo petrol engine, with engine codes A14NET and LUJ. Before placing an order, it is essential to check the reference number on your vehicle's existing turbo, as several turbo variants may have been fitted to the Cruze depending on the version and production date.

Equivalent references

00860156

0860156

0860553

25198550

25199832

25201063

55565353

55574901

781504-5014S

853215-5003S

860156

860553

9508307

95516203

95516218

95524281

95527141

E55565353

Exchange basis and warranty for this Chevrolet Cruze turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Before fitting, carefully inspect the oil circuit, hoses and air intake, as well as the condition of the air filter and intercooler, to avoid contaminating the new turbo. On first start-up, priming with oil is recommended to ensure the bearings are lubricated immediately from the moment the engine fires. Finally, avoid switching the engine off abruptly after sustained driving, to allow the turbo to cool down gradually.

This same turbo also fits

New Turbo Opel Astra – Ref. 781504-5014S

New Turbo Opel Meriva – Ref. 781504-5014S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_d6674a37-4406-4acc-a24f-02c0f4c128e2.png?v=1790811350
