A worn turbo, by contrast, means a gradual loss of power, heavier exhaust smoke, and driving that becomes a daily chore on a model so often used for long journeys.

Compatibility of the new turbo for SEAT Leon 1.9 TDI

This new turbo is compatible with reference 751851-5004S, intended for SEAT Leon models powered by the 1.9 TDI 90 hp and 1.9 TDI 105 hp engines. The engine codes covered are AGR, AHF, AJM, ALH, ASV, ATD, AUY, AVQ, BEW, BJB, BKC, BLS, BRU, BXE, BXF and BXJ. Before placing an order, always check the reference shown on the old turbo or on your vehicle's engine plate, as variants exist depending on the production period.

Exchange basis and warranty for this SEAT Leon turbo

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your SEAT Leon is not left off the road during the work. The part is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Fitting and maintenance advice for your 1.9 TDI

On this engine, turbo failure is often caused by insufficient lubrication, poor-quality oil or neglected oil changes, a clogged air filter, or a cracked intercooler allowing contaminants through. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses, and the cleanliness of the air intake to avoid contaminating the new turbo. When starting up, prime the oil circuit before the first engine start, then drive gently for the first few kilometres to protect the longevity of the part.

This same turbo also fits

New SEAT Altea Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Audi A3 Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New SEAT Ibiza Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New SEAT Toledo Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Skoda Octavia Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Volkswagen Bora Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Skoda Superb Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Volkswagen Golf Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Volkswagen Jetta Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Volkswagen Passat Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

New Volkswagen Touran Turbo – Ref. 751851-5004S

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_c09ff795-9181-4cde-9578-a4bbe5a312cb.png?v=1790810578
