turbo-volkswagen-jetta-neuf-53039887005
New Volkswagen Jetta Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

Restore the full performance of the 2.0 TDI on your Jetta

On a Volkswagen Jetta fitted with the 2.0 TDI 140, a turbo in good condition makes an immediate difference to how the car drives: throttle response becomes crisp again from low revs, the engine no longer hesitates under acceleration, and power delivery stays smooth at a steady speed – particularly when overtaking on the road. A worn turbo, by contrast, shows itself through a gradual loss of power, an unusual whistling noise, exhaust smoke, or the engine warning light coming on – all signs that prompt replacement is needed to protect the rest of the emissions system.

Compatibility with the Jetta 2.0 TDI 140

This new turbo is compatible with reference 53039887005 and fits the Volkswagen Jetta with the 2.0 TDI 140 engine, covering engine codes BKD, CBDB, CBEA and CJAA. Before ordering, please check the reference number on your old turbo as well as the engine code shown on the V5C or on the engine block, to confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Equivalent references

03G253010J

03G253010JU

03G253010JV

03G253010JX

03G253014H

03G253014HV

03G253014HX

03G253019A

03G253019AV

03G253019AV550

03G253019AX

53039887005

57439880013

724930-5012S

Exchange basis and warranty

This turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of your old turbo is required, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Jetta is never left off the road. The part carries a 12-month warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before and after fitting

On a 2.0 TDI, turbo failure is often caused by a lubrication problem: incorrect oil, missed oil changes, or a blocked oil feed pipe. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit (feed and return pipes), the air filter, and the condition of the intercooler and intake hoses, which can allow contaminants to reach the new turbo. On first start-up, let the engine idle for a few moments without revving it, to allow the oil to prime the turbo properly and avoid any dry running at start-up.

This same turbo also fits

New Audi A3 Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Altea Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Leon Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Toledo Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Skoda Octavia Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Skoda Superb Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Golf Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Passat Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Touran Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_5a292620-7459-4287-aad2-c6eabd70c7b6.png?v=1790812140
