turbo-volkswagen-touran-neuf-53039887005
New Volkswagen Touran Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

A new turbo designed for everyday use in the Touran

The Volkswagen Touran is first and foremost a family MPV, used for all manner of journeys: short urban trips, the school run, shopping, as well as long motorway drives loaded with passengers and luggage. This constant alternation between cold starts and sustained high revs puts the turbocharger under considerable strain, particularly on the 2.0 TDI diesel engines that power a large proportion of Tourans on the road. When boost pressure drops, the loss of power is felt immediately – especially under full load or on an incline.

Compatibility with Touran engines

This new turbo is compatible with reference 53039887005 and is designed for the 2.0 TDI 136 and 140 hp engines fitted to the Volkswagen Touran, associated in particular with engine codes AZV, BKD, BKP, BMA and BVE. Before placing an order, we recommend checking the reference on the label of your original turbo to confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Equivalent references

03G253010J

03G253010JU

03G253010JV

03G253010JX

03G253014H

03G253014HV

03G253014HX

03G253019A

03G253019AV

03G253019AV550

03G253019AX

53039887005

57439880013

724930-5012S

Exchange basis and warranty for your Touran

This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return of your old turbo is required, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Touran is never left off the road unnecessarily. The part is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before fitting on your 2.0 TDI

On these engines, premature turbo failure is often caused by insufficient lubrication due to incorrect oil grade or missed oil changes, a clogged air filter, or a cracked intercooler allowing contaminants through. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses, and the cleanliness of the air intake. When starting the engine for the first time, make sure the turbo is primed with oil to avoid running dry on first start-up. Gentle driving, particularly during the first few kilometres, will help maximise the service life of the new part.

This same turbo also fits

New Audi A3 Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Altea Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Leon Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New SEAT Toledo Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Skoda Octavia Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Skoda Superb Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Golf Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Jetta Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

New Volkswagen Passat Turbo – Ref. 53039887005

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_9e97b099-d29e-4935-9fcd-3304f91f57e9.png?v=1790814133
