DQB

This reconditioned Audi A3 1.8 T quattro gearbox, reference DQB, is a 6-speed manual unit designed for the four-wheel-drive transmission of this model, fitted with a 1781 cm³ turbocharged petrol engine. As part of the reconditioning process, the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before all internal wear components are replaced: gears, synchros, bearings and seals. It is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch, restoring performance close to that of a new unit on reference DQB.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

On a 6-speed manual gearbox such as the DQB, several warning signs should not be ignored: stiff or crunching gear changes, a gear jumping out or refusing to engage, unusual vibrations or noises in neutral, or an oil leak from the casing. On an Audi A3 quattro, these symptoms may also be accompanied by noises from the four-wheel-drive transmission, which should be diagnosed promptly to avoid more costly damage.

Exchange Basis: No Downtime for Your Garage

With our exchange range, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first: your old unit, with its casing intact, is only collected after the EDEN BOITES part has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is off the road for as little time as possible. However, return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

This reconditioned Audi A3 gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment for your order can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Compatible Vehicles (Ref.
