Reconditioning means the engine is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and validated on a test bench before dispatch; internal wear parts are replaced according to the condition found during disassembly, with the exact details specified on the quote. The BMN reference is the code stamped on the block: it confirms exact compatibility with your vehicle before any order is placed.

Signs that the engine needs replacing

Loss of power or hesitation under acceleration

Abnormal exhaust smoke

Unusual metallic noises or knocking

Excessive oil or fuel consumption

Engine warning light coming on repeatedly

Repeated engine overheating

Exchange basis: your garage is never left without a part

With the exchange range, the reconditioned BMN engine is dispatched before your old block is collected.
