KXP

Reconditioned Audi A4 2.0 TDI Gearbox – Ref. KXP

This gearbox for the Audi A4 2.0 TDI is reconditioned through a rigorous process to fully restore the original performance of the KXP reference. With an engine capacity of 1968 cm³, this diesel unit is paired with the 6-speed manual gearbox identified under the code KXP, a reference widely found on Audi A4 models of this generation. Reconditioning involves a complete strip-down, thorough cleaning and an in-depth inspection of every component. Wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as standard. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

Several symptoms should alert the driver of an Audi A4 fitted with the KXP reference: crunching or grinding when changing gear, difficulty engaging a ratio, juddering or jumping out of gear whilst driving, abnormal noise in neutral, or unusual resistance on the gear lever. These signs indicate internal wear of the synchros or gears and require prompt attention to prevent further damage.

Exchange Basis – Rebuilt to 0 km

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched before your old unit is even collected. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. You can spread the cost of your order and pay in up to 10 instalments.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/boite-de-vitesses-echange-standard_3c917f37-1740-483a-80a3-710e8197f9bf.png?v=1793278827
