These signs indicate internal wear that warrants a full gearbox replacement rather than a partial repair.

Exchange Basis – No Waiting Around

This reconditioned gearbox is sold on an exchange basis, rebuilt to 0 km. The unit is dispatched first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned: the garage or workshop is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility

Reference 20DP35 is compatible with 1.6 HDi engines identified by codes 9HX, 9HZ, 9HW, 9HP and 9HF, fitted to the Citroën Berlingo.
