Internal wear parts — including gears, synchros, bearings and seals — are systematically replaced. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring performance that meets original factory standards.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

Stiff or imprecise gear changes, particularly on the lower gears

Grinding or juddering when changing gear

Abnormal vibrations while driving, or neutral jumping out

Oil leak from the gearbox casing

Unusual noise at idle with the clutch depressed

Exchange Basis (Rebuilt to 0 km)

This TL4082 gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, so the garage is not left without a vehicle.
