It corresponds to reference QYBA and allows a failed block to be replaced without purchasing a brand-new engine. This engine is supplied bare; the exact details of the components delivered with reference QYBA are specified on the quote.

Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the engine is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts are replaced according to their condition, and the engine is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs that the engine needs replacing

Noticeable loss of power under acceleration

Abnormal exhaust smoke

Unusual noise coming from the engine block

Engine warning light illuminating repeatedly

Excessive oil consumption

Difficulty starting from cold

Exchange basis: the old unit collected after delivery

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned engine is delivered and fitted before the old block is collected.
