Fitted to the 1.5 dCi diesel engine with a capacity of 1461 cm³, this 5-speed manual gearbox equips a large number of NV200 vans used daily for deliveries and professional transport. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are systematically replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before being tested on a bench.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

Difficult gear changes accompanied by grinding, crunching when downshifting, trouble engaging a gear from cold, or unusual vibrations through the clutch are all warning signs that NV200 owners should not ignore.
