moteur-opel-astra-1-4-turbo-reconditionne-a14nel
Reconditioned Opel Astra 1.4 Turbo Engine – Bare Engine – Ref. A14NEL

Reconditioned Opel Astra 1.4 Turbo Petrol Engine A14NEL

This reconditioned engine for the Opel Astra 1.4 Turbo petrol, with an engine capacity of 1364 cm³, corresponds to engine code A14NEL and carries the reference A14NEL. It is aimed at Astra owners fitted with this unit who are experiencing engine failure or a drop in performance requiring a complete replacement. Reconditioning follows a precise process: the engine is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, its internal wear parts are replaced according to the condition found, then it is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs that the engine needs replacing

Several signs indicate that replacing the A14NEL engine has become necessary: noticeable loss of power under acceleration, visible exhaust smoke, a persistently illuminated engine warning light, excessive oil consumption, abnormal noise at idle, or repeated stalling on start-up. On an Astra 1.4 Turbo petrol, these symptoms often point to advanced internal wear that justifies fitting a reconditioned engine rather than carrying out a partial repair.

Exchange basis: delivery without waiting for your old engine to be returned

This A14NEL engine is offered on an exchange basis, rebuilt to 0 km: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, before the old engine is even collected. The garage is therefore never left without a part, and the vehicle does not tie up the ramp. The old engine — sump and block intact — is only collected after the reconditioned engine has been delivered and fitted; its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

A deposit is required for this exchange; it is refunded after delivery, fitting, and the return and receipt of the old unit.

This engine is supplied as a bare engine; the exact details of what is included with reference A14NEL are specified on the quote.

Compatibility

This reconditioned engine corresponds to engine code A14NEL, fitted to the Opel Astra 1.4 Turbo petrol. Before ordering, please verify this engine code on the vehicle's registration document or directly on the original block.

Warranty and payment

This engine comes with a 24-month parts warranty, valid provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional.
