The engine, identified under engine code BNV, is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning. Worn internal components are replaced according to the condition found during inspection; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs That Your Engine Needs Replacing

Abnormal exhaust smoke, particularly on a cold start

Noticeable loss of power under acceleration or load

Unusual noises coming from the engine block

Engine warning light illuminating repeatedly

Excessive oil or fuel consumption

Difficulty starting or irregular idling

Exchange Basis – Rebuilt to 0 km

This engine is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first so that your vehicle is not left off the road.
