It is suitable for vehicles fitted with this compact petrol unit, which is very common on this generation of Ibiza for both urban and road use. Reconditioning involves a complete strip-down of the engine, followed by thorough cleaning and careful inspection of every internal component. Worn internal parts are replaced according to their condition, with the full details set out in the quote. The engine is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs That the Engine Needs Replacing

Abnormal exhaust smoke, whether blue, white or black

Noticeable loss of power, misfiring or unstable idling

A marked increase in oil or fuel consumption

Unusual metallic noises on start-up or under acceleration

Engine warning light coming on repeatedly despite diagnostics

Exchange Basis: an Engine Rebuilt to 0 km

This CGPB engine is sold on an exchange basis, meaning it is rebuilt to 0 km before dispatch.
