turbo-seat-ibiza-reconditionne-54399880022
Reconditioned SEAT Ibiza Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

The reconditioned turbo for the SEAT Ibiza 1.9 TDI 150 CV

In the 1.9 TDI 150 CV version, the SEAT Ibiza is a car that drivers expect to deliver sharp acceleration and a dynamic driving experience, whether on short urban runs or long motorway journeys. This regular demand on the turbocharger, combined with the spirited driving style that this engine encourages, accelerates wear on the bearings and variable geometry if servicing is not kept up to scratch. This reconditioned turbo, compatible with reference 54399880022, restores correct boost pressure and consistent performance on this model.

Engine compatibility for the Ibiza

This reconditioned turbo is compatible with the 1.9 TDI 150 CV engine (engine code ARL) fitted to the SEAT Ibiza. Before placing an order, always check the reference number on the data plate of your old turbo or on the vehicle registration document, as certain model years may have received different turbo variants depending on the trim level.

Exchange basis and warranty on this reconditioned turbo

This reconditioned turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, but it is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Ibiza is never left off the road. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before and after fitting on an Ibiza 1.9 TDI

On this engine, the majority of turbo failures stem from inadequate lubrication: follow the oil change intervals scrupulously and use a quality oil that meets the manufacturer's specification. Also check the condition of the air filter and the integrity of the intercooler, as a clogged air intake or a cracked hose will disrupt the variable geometry system. Before fitting the reconditioned turbo, inspect the oil circuit, the feed pipe and the oil return line, and prime the circuit with fresh oil before the first start-up to protect the bearings from the moment the engine fires.

This same turbo also fits

Reconditioned Audi A3 Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Altea Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Leon Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Toledo Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Skoda Octavia Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Volkswagen Caddy Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Volkswagen Golf Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_9050941e-3b48-43bd-ae8f-50692f034c8d.png?v=1790810379
