This constant variation in engine load puts considerable strain on the turbocharger, particularly during repeated pressure build-ups and extended idling in town traffic. With this kind of use, a worn turbo quickly makes itself known through a loss of power under acceleration and increased exhaust smoke. This reconditioned turbo, compatible with reference 54399880022, has been fully restored to deliver the performance expected from this engine.

Compatibility with Toledo 1.9 TDI engines

This reconditioned turbo is compatible with the SEAT Toledo fitted with a 1.9 TDI engine of 90 to 105 hp, covering engine codes BJB, BKC, BXE, BRU and BXF. Before ordering, we strongly recommend checking the reference number on your old turbo or on the vehicle's registration document to ensure a perfect match for your specific unit.

Exchange basis and warranty for your Toledo

This reconditioned turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The old unit is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your SEAT Toledo is not left off the road during the repair. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Advice before fitting on your Toledo 1.9 TDI

Premature turbo failure is frequently caused by inadequate lubrication, incorrect engine oil, or missed oil changes. Before installation, it is essential to check the condition of the oil circuit, the cleanliness of the hoses, and the air intake and its associated filter, to prevent any contamination of the new turbo. Checking the intercooler is also advisable to rule out any air leaks. When starting up for the first time, pre-lubricating the turbo with oil is essential to ensure immediate lubrication on start-up and to protect the service life of the part.

This same turbo also fits

Reconditioned Audi A3 Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Altea Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Ibiza Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned SEAT Leon Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Skoda Octavia Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Volkswagen Caddy Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

Reconditioned Volkswagen Golf Turbo – Ref. 54399880022

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0656/9161/5317/files/turbo-echange-standard_fbfdda87-94ad-48ac-ab37-857e2bdce832.png?v=1790810381
