It is a dual-clutch gearbox compatible with 2.0 TDI engines of 1968 cm³ (BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB and other units in the range). Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

Signs that your DSG 6 gearbox needs replacing

Juddering or slipping during gear changes

Gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard

Difficulty shifting from P to D or D to R

Vibrations or juddering on a cold start

Limp-home mode with power loss on the Golf 2.0 TDI

Metallic noise or clunking during gear changes

Exchange basis: immediate delivery, return of the old unit deferred

This NLN gearbox is supplied on an exchange basis, rebuilt to 0 km.
