The CGPA reference precisely identifies this engine to ensure reliable compatibility with your vehicle.

A worn or failing engine often shows itself through a gradual loss of power, abnormal oil consumption, unusual noises at idle or under acceleration, a recurring engine warning light, or coloured exhaust smoke. When these signs appear, replacing the engine is the most reliable solution to restore healthy, long-lasting performance.

Exchange: Reconditioning and Delivery

This reconditioned engine is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected in detail. Internal wear parts are replaced according to their condition, with the exact details specified on the quote. The block is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. It is supplied as a bare engine, and the exact details of the components delivered with the CGPA reference are specified on the quote.

Under the exchange scheme, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned engine is dispatched first so that your vehicle is not left off the road. The old unit — whether a sump or an intact block — is only collected after delivery and installation of the engine. Its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. A deposit is required as part of this process; it is refunded after delivery, installation, and the return and receipt of the old unit.

Compatibility

This reconditioned engine is compatible with Volkswagen Polo vehicles fitted with engine code CGPA.

Warranty and Payment

This engine comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional.
