A reverse gear that refuses to engage, a gear lever that feels loose, or abnormal clutch wear linked to the gearbox are also signs that should prompt action before a more serious and costly failure occurs.

Exchange Basis: Keep Your Garage Running

With this exchange range, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched to your workshop first, so there is no need to take the vehicle off the road whilst you wait. Your old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted — never before. Its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility

This gearbox, reference FUX, is compatible with engine codes AHU, AFN, AUY, ASZ, ANU, BTB and BVK fitted to the Volkswagen Sharan 1.9 TDI, with an engine capacity of 1896 cm³.
