The GT Line and GT LIne Premium share exactly the same engines. It's a 6-speed mechanical gearbox found on the 1.0 T-GDi 120 bhp version. The 1.4 T-GDi 140 and 1.6 CRDi 136 are available with both the DCT7 and the 6-speed manual gearbox.

Adaptive cruise control is optional on models equipped with the DCT7.

The Ceed is available in a rechargeable hybrid version since 2019. It features a 141hp 1.6 GDi engine coupled to a 6-speed DCT.

Remember that the current Ceed is a descendant of the Kia Cee'd (with apostrophe), which arrives on the market during 2007 with a 4-speed automatic and a 5 or 6-speed manual transmission.

The second generation Cee'd is launched in 2012 and then restyled in 2015. It's following this improvement that Kia offers the sedan with the DCT7.
