This S tronic 7 gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, without waiting for your old unit to be returned. Your vehicle or workshop is therefore never left standing while waiting for a collection. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
