The 5-speed manual gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reassembly. Worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference GCD.

Signs that your gearbox needs replacing

The original gearbox casing or housing, provided it remains intact, is only taken back after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road. Return of the old gearbox is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

A 24-month parts warranty applies, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment for this reconditioned gearbox can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
