The reconditioned transfer case for the BMW X5 3.0d, reference ATC500, restores full four-wheel-drive reliability to its original standard, covering 2993 cm³ engines fitted with the M57D30 (306D1/306D2), M57N2 (306D3) or N57D30 blocks. This reconditioned unit has been completely stripped, cleaned and inspected before all worn internal components are replaced; it is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch under reference ATC500.

The old transfer case, with its housing intact, is only collected once the new unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This transfer case is sold without the associated electronics: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested – it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer when fitting reference ATC500.

Warranty and Payment
