Under this exchange arrangement, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned engine is dispatched first, so your workshop is never left without a part and the vehicle is not kept off the road. The old unit — whether a sump or an intact block — is only collected after the reconditioned engine has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. A deposit is taken at the time of order and refunded once the reconditioned engine has been delivered, fitted, and the old unit has been returned and received.
