This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Audi TT 2.0 TFSI fitted with the S tronic 6, compatible with engine codes BWA, CCZA and CESA (1984 cm³), under reference KCZ. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component. Gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are replaced; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference KCZ.

Your worn gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by your installer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with the reconditioned gearbox.

Warranty and payment
