The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. This arrangement ensures continuity of service at the garage throughout the duration of the job.

What Is and Is Not Included

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox reference HXZ. Only the mechatronic unit remains the customer's responsibility; all other internal mechanical components have been inspected and replaced where necessary during reconditioning.
