Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the transfer case, followed by cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts – including gears, bearings and seals – are replaced. The transfer case is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This transfer case is sold without the associated electronics: that module remains the vehicle's original unit, is neither reconditioned nor tested as part of this sale, and must be reused by the customer on the unit received.
