It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; internal wear components such as bearings and seals are replaced as required, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch. This process restores reliable torque transfer between the axles without any intervention on the associated electronic components.

The original housing, provided it is intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the new transfer case by your garage, so the vehicle is never left off the road and the axle is never left immobilised. Return of the old transfer case is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This transfer case is sold without the associated electronics: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer during fitting.
