This reconditioned transfer case is designed for the BMW X5 3.0d, a 2993 cm³ diesel engine, compatible with M57D30 (306D1/306D2), M57N2 (306D3) and N57D30 engine blocks, and carries the reference ATC45L. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the unit, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
