This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Citroën C4 fitted with the 2.0 HDi (1997 cm³), compatible with RHR and RHF engine codes, and supplied under reference 20DS23. It is a BMP6 automated manual gearbox – a unit well known for its automated gear changes but also for the progressive internal wear it develops on this model. Every reconditioned gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component. Internal wear items such as gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are systematically replaced according to their condition, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and given a final bench test, ensuring performance in line with the original specifications.

This gearbox is sold without the actuator unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be refitted by the customer when installing reference 20DS23.

The reconditioned gearbox is therefore dispatched first; the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting. Return of the old unit is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
