This GS6-17BG gearbox is reconditioned to a comprehensive standard: it is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, then its gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced as required. It is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, before your old unit is collected, so your workshop is never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. Your old gearbox — with its casing intact — is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
