This reconditioned gearbox is designed for BMW Série 1 models fitted with the 2.0d engine (1995 cm³), under reference GS6-37DZ-TJEM. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
