This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Citroën Jumper 2.0 HDi fitted with the RHV (DW10UTD) engine, with an engine capacity of 1997 cm³, and carries the reference 20MM01. It is a 5-speed manual gearbox, fully reconditioned to restore original performance. The reconditioning process includes complete disassembly, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of all internal wear parts (gears, synchros, bearings and seals), followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing. This process brings the gearbox back to near-new performance, while keeping costs well below those of a brand-new unit.

Signs that your gearbox needs replacing

Several symptoms point to a worn gearbox on a Jumper van subjected to heavy loads and frequent use: difficult or jerky gear changes, crunching when downshifting, jumping out of gear whilst driving, unusual vibrations through the gear lever, or an oil leak from the casing. A neutral gear that slips away or abnormal resistance when engaging the clutch are also telling signs. A persistent low rumble, even in neutral, should likewise alert the driver.

Exchange basis – gearbox rebuilt to 0 km

This reconditioned gearbox is supplied on an exchange basis: it is dispatched and fitted before the old unit is collected. This means the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle does not tie up the workshop during the job. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the 20MM01 has been delivered and installed. This deferred collection method minimises downtime for the workshop and ensures continuity of work. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
