This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for the SEAT Ibiza fitted with the 1.4 TSI engine (engine codes CAVE, CTHE, CTJC), with an engine capacity of 1390 cm³, and corresponds to reference MGR. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, then its gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
On this MGR reference, the dual-clutch assembly is among the components renewed during reconditioning. However, this gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.
