This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is supplied for the SEAT Ibiza 1.4 TSI, a 1390 cm³ petrol engine, compatible with engine codes CAVE, CTHE and CTJC, under reference NAY. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. The dual-clutch assembly is included and fitted as part of the unit. This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.
