This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI models fitted with the CAYC, CLHA or CRKB engines, with an engine capacity of 1598 cm³, and carries the reference NQE. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component, followed by replacement of any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring performance in line with original specifications.

Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this NQE gearbox.
