This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Volkswagen Touran 2.0 TDI, reference HJP, is a direct replacement for a worn dual-clutch unit on this 1968 cm³ diesel people carrier. It is compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM and CFHC. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the mechanism, thorough cleaning and rigorous inspection of every component, replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.
