This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Trafic fitted with the 2.5 dCi engine (2463 cm³), compatible with engine codes G9U 630 and G9U 730, under reference PK6380. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old unit is not collected before delivery, so your workshop is never left without a part and the vehicle is not kept off the road. Once the new gearbox has been fitted, your old unit is collected after delivery and installation. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
