Under the exchange scheme, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first so that the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the reconditioned unit; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested — it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer during fitting. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included in the sale.
